Where Deep Healing Meets True Rest
Our Services

Care for the whole being.

Five offerings, shaped by red rock and quiet hours. Each one is a different way to come home to yourself.

Not a menu of treatments —

a sequence of returns.

Our offerings are not packages, and they are not products. They are practices — refined over fifteen years of working with people who came here tired, who came here grieving, who came here uncertain whether quiet would still feel like quiet.

Each one begins the same way: a long listening. Then we shape the rest of the time around what the body, the breath, and the land seem to be asking for.

Three doors into the
same quiet.

Three starting points, depending on how much time you have, what you are carrying, and how deep you want to go. Each card links to a fuller description below.

Care that meets you
where you are.

Each offering is designed to meet a different rhythm of your life whether you need stillness, integration, or simply a place to begin again.

Half-day Retreats

"Four hours is enough — if the four hours are honest."

Built for people who cannot leave their lives for long, but who know they need to leave them a little. A half-day retreat begins at 9 a.m. with arrival tea on the terrace, moves into a guided breath session, then a sound bath under the canyon light. Lunch is a quiet shared meal of seasonal, plant-forward food. The afternoon is yours — a walking trail, a hammock, a session of body work, or simply nothing at all.

You leave by 3 p.m., usually quieter than you arrived.

  • Guided breath & meditation session
  • 45-minute sound bath
  • Plant-forward shared lunch
  • Choice of trail walk or hammock rest
  • Take-home practice card

Weekend Immersions Fri–Sun
02 / Integration

Weekend Immersions

"By Sunday morning, you start to remember things you forgot you knew."

A weekend is enough time for the body to soften and for the mind to stop checking its own pulse. Friday begins with arrival, a welcome circle, and a long quiet evening. Saturday is full — morning practice, a private one-on-one session, an afternoon on the land, evening sound and silence. Sunday is slower: closing ritual, integration conversation, late breakfast, and a gentle return.

Limited to eight guests at a time. Single, shared, and partner rooms available.

  • Two nights lodging (single, shared, or partner)
  • Six guided group sessions
  • One 75-minute private session
  • All meals, locally sourced
  • Guided land-walk with elder
  • Group capped at 8 guests

Seven-day Sanctuary

"Seven days is not a holiday. It is a returning."

Our deepest offering, and the one we accept the fewest people into. Seven days of practice held closely, with the rhythm tuned to what each guest most needs. Mornings begin in silence. Days unfold through breath, body, conversation, walking, rest, and one private session daily. Evenings end with sound, candle, or quiet.

We work with you for three weeks afterwards by phone and letter, to help the work land in your everyday life.

  • Six nights private casita lodging
  • Daily one-on-one practitioner session
  • Twice-daily group practice
  • All meals, prepared for your constitution
  • Two off-property guided land journeys
  • Three weeks post-retreat integration support
  • Maximum four guests on property at once

Three pillars
hold every offering.

Whatever shape your time with us takes, the same three principles shape the work — drawn from the land that holds us and the lineages that taught us.

I.

Mind — Quiet Without Force

We do not chase stillness. We make conditions in which stillness can choose to arrive — through breath, through silence, through the slowness of canyon time.

II.

Body — Listened To, Not Managed

The body is not a problem to fix. Our practitioners are trained to follow the body’s own intelligence — its rhythms, its protections, its quiet asks.

III.

Spirit — Held By Place

The land here is a co-practitioner. Red rock, juniper, wind, and silence each carry the work alongside us. We do not import a tradition; we let this place teach.

What guests carry home with them.

I came on a Tuesday morning, half-skeptical, and left at 3 p.m. with my shoulders an inch lower than they had been in a year. The half-day is not a sample. It is its own complete thing.

I expected to be taught. Instead I was met. The private session on Saturday afternoon was the most honest hour I have spent with another person in three years.

A week here did what two years of trying on my own could not. I am still using the practices six months later, and the post-retreat letters were the part I did not expect to need so much.
